Pay in full – Make your convenient one time payment today with any major credit card, debit card, Venmo or PayPal and you’ll be on your way to Belize!

Payment Plan: Secure your spot with a 25% deposit upon booking. Afterward, make three monthly payments to cover the remaining balance. Please note that all payments must be received no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. For a detailed pricing breakdown, refer to the next tab. 

Pay with Affirm – Select Affirm at checkout to pay over time. Pick the payment plan you like best—from 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks to monthly payments up to 36 months. Affirm tells you upfront the total amount you’ll pay, that number will never go up and Affirm doesn’t charge late fees or penalties of any kind, ever.  You choose the payment plan that works best for you at checkout. Your credit score won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility but if you decide to buy with Affirm, this may impact your credit score.   

Beach Front (Single)

Downpayment: The payee is required to make a downpayment of 25% of the total price of the Untamed Belize Beach Front Studio. Therefore, the downpayment amount will be $4,785.00 * 0.25 = $1,196.30

Payment Schedule:

• Downpayment: $1,196.30 – Due upon signing the payment plan agreement.
• Installment 1: $1,196.30 – Due on July 15, 2023.
• Installment 2: $1,196.30 – Due on August 15, 2023.
• Final Payment: $1,196.30 – Due on September 22, 2023.

Beach View (Single)

Downpayment: The payee is required to make a downpayment of 25% of the total price of the Untamed Belize Beach Front Studio. Therefore, the downpayment amount will be $4,585.00 * 0.25 = $1,146.30

Payment Schedule:

• Downpayment: $1,146.30 – Due upon signing
• Installment 1: $1,146.30 – Due on July 15, 2023.
• Installment 2: $1,146.30 – Due on August 15, 2023.
• Final Payment: $1,146.30 – Due on September 22, 2023.

Beach Front (Double)

Downpayment: The payee is required to make a downpayment of 25% of the total price of the Untamed Belize Beach Front (Double). Therefore, the downpayment amount will be $6,899.00 * 0.25 = $1,725

Payment Schedule:

• Downpayment: $1,725 – Due upon signing 
• Installment 1: $1,725 – Due on July 15, 2023.
• Installment 2: $1,725 – Due on August 15, 2023.
• Final Payment: $1,725 – Due on September 22, 2023.

Beach View (Double)

Price of Untamed Belize Beach View (Double): $6,699.00

Downpayment: The payee is required to make a downpayment of 25% of the total price of the Untamed Belize Beach View (Double). Therefore, the downpayment amount will be $6,699.00 * 0.25 = $1,675

Payment Schedule:

• Downpayment: $1,675.- Due upon signing
• Installment 1: $1,675. – Due on July 15, 2023.
• Installment 2: $1,675. – Due on August 15, 2023.
• Final Payment: $1,675. – Due on September 22, 2023.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All payments are to be made in US dollars. The payee is responsible for any transaction fees associated with the payment method used.

The payee will make payments via major credit card through monthly invoice.

Default on Payment Schedule: If the payee defaults on the payment schedule, the following actions will be taken.

Reminder: A reminder will be sent to the payee within five days of the missed payment, informing them of the outstanding amount and the need to fulfill their payment obligations.

Late Payment Fee: If the payee fails to make the payment within 10 days of the due date, a late payment fee of 10% of the overdue amount will be charged. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

Termination of Agreement: If the payee fails to make the payment within 30 days of the due date or breaches the payment agreement repeatedly, the payment plan may be terminated, and the payee may forfeit any payments made up to that point.

*It is essential for the payee to communicate any potential issues or difficulties regarding the payment schedule to discuss alternative arrangements and avoid defaulting on the payment plan.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: UNTAMED BELIZE  

It is your responsibility to read and fully understand our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is required and will protect your investment and reimburse you if you can no longer attend this event.

No one books an expereince like this with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. 

DEPOSIT: Your deposit amount is 100% non-refundable. If for some reason you need to cancel, we cannot provide refunds of your deposit under any circumstances because the deposit is what covers the cancellation fee required by the resort. Exceptions cannot be made.

The price of Untamed Belize is nonrefundable. This is primarily due to the inclusion of non-refundable expenses incurred by the resort and tour operators. These expenses include administrative fees, permits, and licenses, all of which need to be pre-booked and paid for in advance.

Due to these circumstances, Travel Insurance or Trip Cancellation (CFAR) insurance or Trip Interruption insurance is required for this trip. Travel insurance is designed to reimburse you for non-refundable expenses in case of a trip cancellation as well as for other previsions such as: missed flight connections, medical expenses/emergency assistance coverage (if something happens to you personally), baggage & personal effects coverage (if they are lost or stolen), baggage delay (if your bags do not arrive with your flight and you have to buy clothing, and personal items) which could possibly be very costly.

Please note that insurance policies vary tremendously and have various critical exclusions. We recommend you choose carefully based on your personal situation.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Including weather, injury, illness or personal emergencies, no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the trip or for arriving late or leaving early.

We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

The Awakened Escape can not be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or Retreat Cancellations.

We ask all attendees to purchase travel insurance from Allianz Travel or World Nomads. Please ensure that you read through your chosen policy carefully so that it best suits your needs and ensures your physical and financial protection.

Allianz Travel offers the best covid-19 coverage, as they do not have any pandemic exclusions in their policy. This company is leading the travel industry right now with COVID-19 coverage, providing protection against problems that may arise.

If you are to experience a serious injury or illness while traveling, your policy should offer coverage for all costs related to transportation back to the U.S., and other potential costs incurred as well, such as trip cancellation, flight delays and lost luggage.

We ask that you please send proof of your travel insurance after purchase so that we can keep it on record in case of emergency during your travels abroad. The Awakened Escape does not work with or represent any insurance company and has no responsibility for your contract with them.

Absolutely yes! You need to carry your passport when you travel to Belize that is valid for more than six months past the date of departure. It is also advisable to make a copy of your passport and pack it into another section of your baggage just in case you lose it while you’re abroad.If something were to happen where you lost your original, then at least you would still have a copy stored somewhere else in case you needed it replaced.

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate friends and couples and will make sure you all feel welcome, but there’s something to be said about enjoying this adventure solo. Almost every person who has attended these events alone have left with lots of new friends.

Perfect! I’m a solo traveler too and believe it’s the best way to meet people and make new friends! This escape is tailored just for you and what makes you feel at home. Yes, we do process work and have group gatherings. However, we also make sure to take time out of our day to relax, socialize and spend some quality time on our own. All of the activities are completely optional, so do whatever it is that makes you happy, we encourage you to indulge in it all while exploring this breathtaking destination on your own terms.

The information we supply to our participants is very thorough. We let you know ahead of time everything you’ll need to bring in order to enjoy yourself completely during your stay. Travelers are also given a list of medication and vaccinations they might need; but we always advise them to discuss everything with their physicians or local public health officials, both in America (CDC) as well as abroad.

Our resort is able to cater for any dietary preference or restriction including alergies, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options; simply make sure you tell us about it upon booking.
