Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those who sign up at the https://theawakenedescape.com/giveaway/ and who are 21 years of age as of the date of entry. The Travel Strategy Giveaway is only open to legal residents of United States and is void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of The Awakened Escape as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Travel Strategy Giveaway.
Travel Strategy Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting September 1, 2022 and ending on September 30, 2022. All online entries must be received by midnight, September 29, 2022.
How to Enter: The Travel Strategy Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://theawakenedescape.com/giveaway/. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Travel Strategy Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive 1 hour Travel Strategy Session (valued at $75.00). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The Awakened Escape. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at The Awakened Escape discretion. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for The Awakened Escape to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by drawing under the supervision of The Awakened Escape. Winner will be notified by email and post on TikTok on October 1, 2022, at 12pm EST following selection of Winner. The Awakened Escape shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Travel Strategy Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT The Awakened Escape’s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE TRAVEL STRATEGY GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
